First off I want to say that I loved Zara and her energy is instantly welcoming as soon as you arrive. i’ve never really considered doing a Reiki session before, or anything that spiritual for a matter of fact, until i started seeing her posts on social media about her services & giveaways! It was an honor to be one of Zara’s first clients. She was very sweet and professional. She made sure that I was comfortable and explained the process to me before we got started. I had never really had Reiki before so it was nice to know what to expect. The session went great. It was very soothing and relaxing. It was also unlike anything I had ever experienced. It was like I could feel cold and warm energy coming from her hands. It has been several days now and I still feel energized and uplifted. Since my Reiki session I have felt a lot more grounded and have been able to focus better. My thoughts are more cleared up and seem to be more positive. Also, after our session Zara let me know she could sense pain in my knees especially my left knee. She let me know she sent healing energy to that area.
